written referrals are accepted from GPs, ACC case managers, insurance companies, workplace HR, mental health professionals, court registrars and lawyers. If you would like to talk over a referral email us and the most appropriate consultant will phone you back in person.

self- referrals can be made by email or phone. We are happy to provide a free phone consultation if more information is needed before making an appointment. Note we are out of the office a lot so email or calling our mobiles is the most effective way of contact. We do not have regular reception staff so you will most often need to leave a message if you ring the office phone.
